Our 11 bedroom exude comfort and elegant simplicity: superb mattresses, lovely crisp linen and beautiful marble bathrooms.
All rooms feature TVs, luxurious hypoallergenic bedding, Arran Aromatics toiletries, tea and coffee facilities and the unmistakable sherry decanter. These bedrooms have been lovingly and individually decorated by us, pairing old treasures with bold new finds. All prices include a hearty breakfast of your choice. You must tell us in advance if you plan to bring a dog as not all rooms are dog friendly. Dogs stay for free when you book directly with us and you can bring up to two small dogs or one medium size dog per room. Dogs are welcome in downstairs bedrooms with wooden floors and dog beds are available on request. They are also welcome throughout the hotel if they are comfortable in a social environment. Dogs must not be left alone in rooms at any time. For a licensed local pet sitter you can contact Blairgowrie Walkies. Dogs are not allowed on beds or soft furnishings and we reserve the right to invoice for extra cleaning. For large dogs we strongly recommend a one bed cottage. See our Dog Policy for details.
Infants under 2 year old don’t count towards our maximum room occupancy. You can borrow a baby travel cot for children under 2 years but kindly bring your own baby bedding as it is a very personal choice (blankets, sleeping bag…).
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before arrival. Credit card details are required to secure your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, the full amount will be charged.
