Our holiday cottages offer the service of an award winning boutique hotel (lovely breakfast, daily housekeeping and fabulous food) with added comfort and space.
We have three type of charming cottages available: The Stable Cottages, The Walled Garden Cottages and Roselea Cottage.
Price includes breakfast at the hotel and daily housekeeping, minimum stay two nights.
The Stable Cottages (launched in summer 2021): 850m from the hotel, accessible through a private estate drive. A stunning 18th century building that has been converted to the highest standards. There are multiple one-bedroom Stable cottages and a large two-bed and three-bed cottage with river view. They are all extremely spacious with beautiful interiors. The River Tay is at your door steps.
Our popular Walled Garden Cottages: 900m from the hotel accessible through a private estate drive. Nestled along an old Victorian kitchen garden the Walled Garden cottages are bright and contemporary.
Our three-bed stone cottage Roselea is a 2 min walk away from the restaurant. With secure garden at the front and at the back it is ideal for a family. You are at the centre of our conservation village.
Dogs stay for free when book directly with us and you can bring up to two per accommodation. Dogs are also welcome throughout the hotel if they are comfortable in a social environment and are not disruptive. Dogs must not be left alone in accommodation at any time. For a licensed local pet sitter you can contact Blairgowrie Walkies. Dogs are not allowed on beds or soft furnishings and we reserve the right to invoice for extra cleaning. Infants under 2 year old don’t count towards our maximum room occupancy. You can borrow a baby travel cot for children under 2 years but kindly bring your own baby bedding as it is a very personal choice (blankets, sleeping bag…).
Free cancellation is available up to either 48 hours before arrival for 1-bed hotel cottages or 7 days before arrival for 2 and 3 bed cottages. Credit card details are required to secure your booking but no deposit is taken during the free cancellation policy window. If you cancel after the free cancellation window, the full amount will be charged.
