What information we collect about you:
Under the Data Protection Legislation, we can only use your personal data if we have a proper reason for doing so, for example: consent, contact, legitimate interests, or legal obligation.
We may ask for your home postcode as part of the card payment processing to validate the card for phone payment. We will use your email address to send you confirmation of the booking and an email with more details on how to find us and other information you may find useful for your stay. After your stay you will receive an automatic email from our booking system (Eviivo.com) asking you to fill in a feedback form. Our reception team may send you additional emails checking everything was ok with your stay as a matter of courtesy. We may contact you by phone in relation to your booking, to check mealtimes or dog policy for example.
How is your data stored: All of the personal and debit/credit card data you supply us, as part of the booking process, is stored securely on a third-party system, EVIIVO. Neither we nor EVIIVO will share your information with any third party (unless there is a legal reason for doing so) .
Please note that if you have booked via on Online Travel Agent like Booking.com they will have their own GDPR policy.
Marketing: We don’t send offers by emails, text nor will call you for offers. If you would like to hear more about our program please give us a call, visit our website, Facebook and Instagram platforms.

Service providers: We use service providers to provide online services to you: Eviivo.com for online bookings, Hostme.com for table bookings, Anytime.com for fishing bookings. We impose contractual obligations on providers to ensure that your personal data is protected.
