Nether Gothens self-catering Cottage ia a spacious 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms property conveniently located off the A93 between Meikleour and Blairgowrie, overlooking the beautiful Perthshire hills. Bright and contemporary with traditional Scottish estate accents, this one storey, accessible house features an open plan living room/kitchen with woodburning stove and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with luxurious Superking size beds ( can be made as twins) and fabulous ensuites with marble walk-in showers and separate baths for ultimate relaxation. Ample parking space with one vehicle charging point and lovely lawn with picnic table with view over the countryside. A set of steps will take you to a path along an enchanting burn. The property is dog friendly (please read our dog policy conditions) and the garden is fenced. Access via a private drive shared with a four bed self-catering house.

Kindly note: this is a self-catering property, check-in time 4pm | check-out 11am. Unlike the Meikleour serviced cottages, breakfast and daily housekeeping is not provided. Minimum stay 3 nights, free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival. The house is not within walking distance from reception, you will need your own mean of transport.

Dogs stay for free when book directly with us and you can bring up to two per accommodation. Dogs are also welcome throughout the hotel if they are comfortable in a social environment and are not disruptive. Dogs must not be left alone in accommodation at any time. For a licensed local pet sitter you can contact Blairgowrie Walkies. Dogs are not allowed on beds or soft furnishings and we reserve the right to invoice for extra cleaning. Infants under 2 year old don’t count towards our maximum room occupancy. You can borrow a baby travel cot for children under 2 years but kindly bring your own baby bedding as it is a very personal choice (blankets, sleeping bag…).
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. Credit card details are required to secure your booking. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged.
